Premium prototypes and small batches of steel moulds
IMPETUS Plastics supplies premium prototypes and small series made of steel tools quickly and from original material. This requires short distances and regional supply chains without unnecessary complexity. IMPETUS designs and simulates the injection moulded components, lays out the associated prototype tools and takes care of tool procurement for your customers. Injection moulding machines are available in our technical centre, which are not permanently integrated into ongoing production processes and are therefore available for customer projects – even at short notice.
Procurement of series moulds
Basing the entire supply chain for procurement and production only on local markets and abandoning intact cooperations that have often grown over many years, especially against the backdrop of high cost pressure and a competitive market environment, is also not very expedient. This also applies to the procurement of injection moulds.
