PRODUCTION INSTEAD OF TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLVE PRODUCTION AND COMPONENT PROBLEMS QUICKLY
Your component does not fall out of the injection molding machine as you expected. Defects are visible, the molded part is warped, or damage such as cracks occurs during application.
An important component in troubleshooting is injection molding simulation. You will receive a detailed remedy catalog from our experienced simulation team, e.g. with optimal injection parameters, modified gating systems or geometries. IMPETUS also supports you in optimizing the component and mold designs and – also with simulation support – lays out reservations in the event of warpage problems.
In case of component failure, e.g. cracks, dents, deformations, we also use FEM dimensioning to identify weak points in the component and make suggestions for remedial action. Structural-mechanical calculations are used to calculate the acting forces, stresses and deformations and to design your products for load and service life.
Our experts are also happy to visit you on site for this purpose.
Plastics product development has been our passion for more than 20 years. Our seminar topics therefore also revolve around plastics product development “from concept to product”. Our experienced trainers are always specialists in their field and actively involved in product development projects.
Even though our classroom events and in-house training courses unfortunately have to be paused in the current situation, this does not mean that you have to do without your further training.
Many of our popular topics will take place as online seminars and blended learning courses from the beginning of 2021.
Book your further training. Make the most of your time and attend our seminars online with experienced trainers from the field.
